This Messenger Bag is part of a small series of Afghan National Army and Global War on Terrorism themed bags of different types - take a look at the last picture for an overview of the series!
This bag is uncompromisingly modern "tactical" themed sporting the controversial and infamous Hyperstealth designed "Spec4ce" Afghan Forest pattern combined with 500 Denier Cordura. On top of the amenities of my usually vintage themed bags, this one has the ubiquitous MOLLE webbing on the front flap and the rear for you to add pouches and gear.
The bag's main body is comprised of 500 Denier Cordura in OD combined with material salvaged from an actual ANA field uniform.
The 2 in wide quick adjustable carrying sling is a modern olive drab colored one which has been combined with OD hardware that's been IR treated just like the rest of the material. On the rear of the bag there's an exterior pocked closed with Velcro and intended for quick access to stuff like documents or a magazine to read. That rear panel also has three lines of MOLLE webbing over the whole width. On the front exterior there is a pencil holder and inside there are a large zippered pocket as well as a divider with another pocket and a strap with a hook for a key ring. The Bag itself is lined in another layer of Cordura. The main flap is closed with 1 in snap buckles and it sports another two straps for MOLLE attachments. On the front flap there also is a large Velcro patch which is covered with a camouflage pattern patch and on the inside there's another piece of Velcro to hold your "spares".
This elaborate Messenger Bag let's you wear one of the very modern camouflage patterns that recently became even ore infamous combined to a modern practical package.
Like most bags this of course also comes with a sample sheet detailing the materials used.
